Table Objects (Lookup Tables)

To make use of a lookup table in Logiak, do the following:

Define the data

Define the data in a Spreadsheet (either Excel or Google Sheets).

Make sure each column has a lower case name containing no hyphens or funny characters (and not starting with a number)

Define an Object (of type Table)

For each column in the spreadsheet, add a field to the object with the same name (and data type) as the Spreadsheet column

Define Unique Field

Logiak needs to know which field in the table is guaranteed to have unique values (no duplicates). Select that field and set the Unique flag:

Upload data: instructions when using Google Sheets

Tab has to have same name as Object

Rename the tab with the name of the Object you have defined

Make sheet public and get shareable link

Make the Sheet viewable by anyone with the shareable link and copy the shareable link into the Object configuration under "Table Data"

Specify data range

Click Update

Once the table has been configured in Logiak, all you have to do to upload the data (or, later, to update the data after a change), is to click the Update button in the  "Table Data" tab!
